This is my first post so I hope I haven't messed anything up.

When I got my van, '82 diesel Westfalia, the part shown was laying on the floor and the panel was off the inside of the sliding door. I don't know if it goes to the door or not, but don't see where it would fit if it does. Does anybody recognize the piece and know where it belongs? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what that part is to, but I did take the "/" out of the first IMG tag (it needs to be there in the second IMG tag though) so the pic would show up, you can edit your post and remove the ? and the image will show in your post.

The one on top looks like a thing-a-ma-jig and the bottom one looks like a what-cha-ma-collic.
Actually I have no idea but some one here will.
