I did some net searching to see if I could come up with anything.
Ark appears to be 71 or 72 years old.
His name and landline number is listed in all the major phone search engines.
I even did an obituary search and came up with nothing. Since he doesn't appear to be deceased, my guess is there are health issues or other personal issues taking place.
Here's the info I came up with without spending money for additional personal info. If you really want to track him down, you can always use this means, as it will land you a boatload of info on this individual.
If you haven't tried calling this listed number, you might give it a try.
