You sure don't seem to have any problems finding the North Star. Nice shot!

This shot is from a trip to the north shore of Lake Superior. We were camped in Pukaskawa National Park. Great fall trip.

Last camping for the year for us.

Elk Neck State Park. Upper Chesapeake Bay. It snowed on us as we left. Propex kept us comfy.

Great to see this thread going again.
Location and a note about the site or the scene is appreciated.
So we can dream about the upcoming van season.....
Some folks are cagey about their locations, thats understood....

I love Elk Neck for the boat launch at the top of the Bay, but the skeeters are brutal in summer..

Merry christmas Vanagon fans! The jolly elf woke me up this day and I felt a need to post a few adventure shots of past and present VW homes.
----First Date some 35 years ago. Old Blue and my life long best friend Bernice!

----Christmas Tree hunting with Stella Brown and youngest grand daughter Sophi

----The adventure gang! Stella Brown, Tan Van and Jasper!

----Nothing better then a fire pit to warm the morning up!

Ugh, this thread gets me every time...I gotta go for a drive this weekend.

I had posted these pictures before on another thread, but I think they also deserve to be here, they were taken on section 2 of the Washington Backcountry Discovery Road (WABDR), a trip that opened my eyes to what can be done with a Syncro and a group of like-minded friends!

At the top of Umtanum Ridge

Primitive camping by the river, living the Syncro life!

Daryl leading the way over the ridge of the mountains (we still miss you my friend!)
