Any one have done it? puting a 2.0 L.type 4 914 engine to a porsche 356, a would apritiate any inf. about it. |

You'll want to consult Jake Raby's web site for something like that! He has a set-up which covers the upright tin and generator/alternator placement and all of the rest to make the installation a clean and professional one, without ruining the original 356 body metal OR the necessary cooling tin for the 914 engine.

Jake is coming out with a retro 4cam fanshroud for the type 4 motor. Thats what I would use in a 356 along with some dual carbs. It would look kinda correct and you could build a 2056cc engine with 125hp easy for your 356. |

should be pretty easy.
Just another engine build. upright conversion, change/modify the flywheel
