i thought this would have been covered before. but i cant find it.
i know type C - domed tail-lights started on 10/3/53 chassis no. 20-047102
but i cant seem to find out when in 1951 type A (glass) became B (plastic)? |

Earlier I had the information on my page, but about a year ago I took it of because i wasn't sure it was right. I believe they are right, but I can't remember from where i had the information :oops:
This is the information that was:
A: Glas...... From ch. number 20-000001 until 20-012342.
B: "Plastic" From ch. number 20-012243 until 20-070431.
C: "Plastic" From ch.number 20-070432 until 20-117901.

so you have April '51 as the change
but jan '54 as the change to domed. 10 months latter than i had read :shock: |
