THere is websites out there that tracks IP address's and the traffic they receive. To someone if they can buy the IP address before the original owner does they can "Sell" it back for a profit

As far as I'm aware elpresedente still owns the RWUK address etc, he wasnt at Bug Jam this weekend and has been sorting it all out, the site should be up and running today or tommorow.
