shame they havnt got back to you
i take it you live too far away to go down there?how cool would it be if you could go re-create the photo again once the logos were back in! :D
I have another original paint logoed Bus, a 1957 Kombi with "The Model" Cleaners logos on it. That is the place I contacted to get pics and didn't hear back from. They are still in business in Neillsville, Wisconsin. The "Lido Cleaners" went out of business a few years back and was sold by the original owner many many years ago so that search for pics dead ended there a few years back. |

Cool, I was wondering if anyone was going to catch that. I'm like Johnny in that I like to use my English slang expressions every once in a while, especially when nobody expects it. |

I remember hearing the '57 was used in local parades too. |

Finding the post card and book with your 53 on it is cool!. What are the odds of that happening.

Thanks Eric, I'll check into that when I get a chance. That would be super cool to have some pics and history on it, too. |

Thanks Edward, nice to hear from you. It looks like we'll be picking it up right away. I'm excited. I can't believe the coincidence of all these things coming together like this, pretty incredible.
Take it easy. |
