I see this is another '62 where it has emergency lights but no emergency dash light by the gas gauge. That question came up a little while ago about 62s.

Ignition is missing? Kinda weird

Ignition is at the locksmith getting a key cut / doors etc.

working on the turd bus today, test fitting interior panels, and put on set of my mirror arms i machine from billet 6061. after a year at friends place getting some metal work done, i met him at bbb and picked it up, its nice to have it back. 1962 deluxe

I'm sure I've posted mine on here before but I've had it 10 years now so here's some recents.

I originally planned on keeping just a couple of years and getting something else but here we are 10 years later. I think I'm a little attached.

fianaly put on my big boy pants and pulled out trans would not go into 4th gear, had swap everything over to another center section, and had a few friends over to get after the headliner. with headliner being cloth i couldnt get anywhere near it lol. headliner was a little wrinkly but in the morning it looked pretty dam good, mabey being kinda humid let it relax and take shape? still have drill out all the hinges and get all the windows out to put in sides of headliner, but it looks so much better then a bare steel roof, neither of my friends ever put in a headliner before hahaha

My 64 - Jeremy's 2" "behind the bumper Hitch-just got another purpose.

Got a hold a high-end umbrella for the shows, then a light bulb went off.
It's on a swivel pivot, going around the side to the rear square. It pulls out in a flash, throw it on the roof and pull out the bar.

Mine, as shown after I got it home in 1988, pulled it out of a old junk yard.
it is a 1962 samba, had the middle seat but no back seat, go figure!
