While removing my lifters from the case during disassembly I buggered up a couple of the lifter retainer wires. As suggested elsewhere in this forum I used a dental tool to hook the lifter and pull it free. Except on the first 2 or 3 I guess I pulled a bit too hard and bent them.
I searched the Samba classifieds but no joy finding just the wire retainer. Anyone know were I can get me mitts on 4 wire retainers? Thanks in advance. |
