I recently had work done at Painters grinding in Denver. They replaced my trans seal and 2 weeks later, leaking again. 5 months later, its pouring fluid. I don't live in Denver and the cost to get it back there is very high. They will end up charging me for the tow if its not their fault. I feel like for a job like that, when the motor is pulled, they should have inspected for causes. I've read a few other stories of them screwing up and not owning up and am wondering if I'm not the only one who has experienced it.
Also, what can cause a new seal to fail so quickly?
