I agree with ^^^^^^^^^

I'm sure there will be a bunch of guys with crappy R/T (myself for one ). So, I think 50/50 split would not be fair. You could also do two buckets, one for R/T and one for E/T. ? . ? . But, it should'nt be complicated, so whatever.

both can be won by anyone knucklehead, if you guess your car runs a 22.553 quarter and you run a 22.553 quarter, you win, if you guess your car will run a 10.025 and it runs a 11.355 well .... you're just one of the few posters in this thread :twisted:

I'd watch out for Gil on the ET thing. He's done a bunch of draggin' and knows his car pretty well.

I wouldn't even know where to begin to guess on a 25hp motor :oops: .

I do know i will beat Jim, hands down!!
I'll even leave the Hazet Kit in the front, I don't want to do a wheelie down the track! :wink: :roll:

Of all the pix i have i don't have a good engine shot.
So this will have to do till i get one this weekend.

do they let the timer run that long ? I know when my old tired 574,000 miles 1600 ran the first time, I got a DQ (not Dairy Queen !) so I went and asked and they said "oh we thought your car broke and the timer is set to stop at 20 sec" and then they changed it and yay I ran at 21 something at something around 63 mph LOL

Ok, I am going to bring something new-school... Its our shop car. I would rather run this than my old 67. I wont be too hard on it because I will be the one fixing it, and I have also never drag raced. So, I'm sure it will be interesting!

It has just the typical upgrades. Larger hamster and a magic genie under the hood!

Seriously though, it is has a turbo upgrade, our own custom built header and exhaust, along with our own carbon intake. Most of the power is from the management system that we re-mapped. Over all it has bad torque steer under boost, but it finally seems to grab the road with its new 2 stage clutch. It's super fun on a road coarse, so I'll find out how it does going straight!
