Arrived in great condition, clean and well packed. Shipped quickly. Only problem was with the post office, not with bill. More a matter of impatience on my end when the second box didnt arrive as soon as the first one.

I bought a "bus sliding door striker plate" from Bill the part was carefully packed and shipped as soon as the payment was done.

Bill saved me by providing me with a NOS Autostick Torque Converter seal, a seal that cannot be replaced because the repopped ones don't prevent transmission fluid leakage. Bill provided really EXCELLENT communication via email, and even was willing to help me out with an expedited shipment to keep my car on the road. Can't recommend him enough, great to have people like this on a VW community like TheSamba.com to keep these cars on the road. Thanks again Bill!
