What a Flake!!!!!!!!
If you would like a nightmare please order their product.

Once you talk with them on the phone you will understand what I mean.

By far some of the worst business skills I have ever ever come across and I run 5 business's

even shipped my product 40 miles away to a location that I will probably need a firearm for protection

I have not even seen the product yet but I will accept no mattter what just so I don't have to deal with them again

YUCK!

Did your Paypal payment instruct them to ship it to the address it was delivered to? Aside from them shipping your package to another address, what is your complaint?

Can't the seller arrange to have UPS/Fedex pick the package up at the delivered address and re-deliver it to the address you wanted it to go to?

Short of making this my self I have never everhad such a hard time for such a simple order
I guess if I had to put a head to head, I would have to say that the communication skills I encountered were such that I was absolutley dumbfounded they were so bad. Un believeable and about as unprofessional as it goes

The shipping on a Geyhound bus that I had to will call 40 miles away was just the topper( a 3 hour venture)
and a little short of US mail or UPS to my house

The product was fair but not worth it all said and done

They look like nice covers.
Did you get the one with the big red "Kiss Me" lips?

This thread is really worthless without specifics.

This thread is worthless without pics of which prodect you ordered.

Please edit your original post with more specifics.

What you ordered, when it was ordered.
Why was it shipped to the wrong location and how would that occur? For instance, how did they get an alternate address? It was shipped Greyhound? Why would a tire cover be shipped via Greyhound?

It would be better for you to have the product in hand before providing feedback as well.

Well here is the end of the story

After I spent over an hour at the bus depot in San Francisco trying to find this package
I just went back to work when I got it back home and opened it up hoping for a little redemption and got a little more down
It was way too big for the tire size I gave and they were supoosed to send me artwork for me to approve before they made it.
Something I had followed up and asked for multiple times
So they did not send me a picture until after it was made

Now what?
So while the quality is good the layout proportion and color scheme is way off

For some reason all my contact info that I gave them which by the way I use for business ,all of a sudden did not work nor my cell number or my voice mail -
Which I really really had a hard time with
since I was talking and emailing them before all of a sudden didn't work
but all the meanwhile all my business contacts had no problem.

This morning I got an email ( which all of a sudden worked)with a lot softer attitude about this issue
and that if I wanted to return it, I could
