Is there a good source for battery ground straps? What length were they originally?

I thought about leaving it on its side.... it really is a nice look. But I'm going to mix it up a bit, and rotate it 90 degrees. Less mess that way. |

is that correct? is there any literature showing battery orientation on ambulances? |

BD ground strap 13" over all lenght
55-67 9.5"
I have both braided copper, but at the moment out of the country getting some parts and vehicles going to LAX

NOS parts, that's exactly what my original looks like. Mine is starting to crumple where it makes the sharp bend from the battery tray, up towards the battery. When are you back in the country?
