I am looking for a few missing air filter box parts for my stock 74 Westy with dual Solex carbs. Any help of where to locate these parts would be greatly appreciated.
1. The rubber strap (blue arrow surrounded by yellow highlighted box left side of picture) that seals the bat wing to the filter box. I have the passenger side strap but not the driver's side.
2. The gasket or shroud that fits under the bat wing that seals the bat wing to the carb throttle body (the blue arrow on the right side of picture).

The connector boot is available at your local bicycle shop or hardware store, fat tire bike, or small wheelbarrow innertube.
That seal at the throat could be tougher to find, sometimes you can make a fat O ring work there, but some carbs have a different inlet profile. |
