Emiliano was not logged in when I received an email from him recently. He bought Westy SO42/44 side table from me. I shipped it yesterday 2/17/10. US Customs #CP177723100US. I just noticed him mentioned in another thread & was able to then find his feedback. I figured I would post here just in case because of other peoples luck with him.

5% paypal fees?

I'm not sure at what price level you would hit 5% but it's 3.9% + $0.30 for international transactions.
On $150 that's 4.1%.
$50 is 4.5%
Less $$ get closer and could exceed 5%.

I'm so glad we have this forum. I have a camper tent for sale and the ad notes in very explicit terms that I will not ship to an overseas address. I replied to Emiliano to reiterate this when I received e-mails from him regarding the tent. He's very persistent, and used a different e-mail address in subsequent e-mails, this one a hotmail address, and nearly had me fooled. I asked with the ship to address would be, and not surprisingly, it's in Italy. He seems like a nice enough guy, and I was ready to cave, but this thread served it's purpose well. Thank you to all of the contributors for saving me the potential problems.

This is very sad and annoying to read.

I actually sold something to [email protected] through ebay and when he paid I had a bad feeling about it as he made contact to me through various email address' and also different address' on paypal to where he wanted it sent - In the end I agreed to post to Italy.

Now he has filed a dispute of non receipt through paypal then I did a search for his email address and this thread was pulled up!

Anyway i have also advised paypal of this thread so we will see what happens - I will let you know what happens.

paypal wont do anything as i added this thread to my response when he fucked me out of some money.

I sent this guy a type2 parts list for camp mobile and did not search hard enough...he has opened a pay pal dispute against me saying he did not get the book...Emiliano...you will not win.
Same story as everyone elses....a true international fiasco...

Just a note...international shipped usps priority will show tracking and actually showed delivered the day (dec29th) this crook opened the dispute...sellers beware he is a scum bag and deserves a fucking punch in his maranara eating face...

Now I stay in Italy is true but my work Vdubs importer depot is located in England.
some pieces was sold and shipped in italy and some from Uk.

Yesterday I received my Owners Manual, shipping was as he said, very fast.

Basically as advertised .

No Problems here, would do business again with him

FWIW, I just sold a bunch of SO42 parts to Emiliano. Payment was sent right away and just got a note confirming the parts arrived. No problems with this transaction.

I've seen this guys post on SSVC for selling Mauser bowl transfers. He is NOT a paid up member of SSVC, just a signed up guest member. I would be a little cautious about that plastic bowl with a sticker on it :twisted:

Id be extremely careful when dealing with this fella , he is advertising 2 Brekina models @ hugely inflated prices ,(i know because i still have the ebay links & how much he won them for ) nobody minds a mark up but this guy is unreal please beware guys also hes not from the UK ! As The Lord has already wrote he is not a member of The SSVC
