Nearly "YES", but there are also different kubel parts over the years of production. Kubel, type 51 and barndoor busses shared some parts, but not all of them.
You also can have a look at VW:

But at VW, not all parts for barndoors till 2´55 are shown and listed.
Just to compare or overview, post war 1945 beetle and type 51, which has the later kubel front end:
