I wanna know if the hubcaps on wide 5 wheels are bigger than the 4 lug wheel hubcaps?? thanks

Never put two side by side to compare, or measured but they definitly won't interchange. I would think that the 5 lug would be larger.

The way they attach is completely different. The wide five one clips on the inside, the 4 lug just snaps over the bumps.

i have seen the 4 lug hubcaps in 5 lug rims and the 5 lug hubcaps in the 4 lug rims but in these doesnt fit so good, they could fall in the road..

no they wont fit, the 4 lug cap's you have probably seen were either type3 or 67 bug wheels that use a cap that is similar to a 4 lug cap

I have just recently tried to put some older 5 lug hubcaps on my 68 with 4 lugs. I put them side to side and the 5 lug caps are only about an 8th inch smaller. If that. I did get them on my stock 4 lug wheel. It's difficult. But it's possible. Not sure how easy it's going to be to get them off... Hope this helps.
