The notches on the upper and lower balljoints I just installed where way off from the actual slot of the balljoint. So I installed them with the slot as best as I could to 90 degrees from the torsion leaves or beam. I used balljoints for lowered front ends and I have avis adjusters welded in for a full drop. Just checking to make sure I don't need to buy 4 new balljoints.

The uppers in the pics were not as bad as the Lowers... The lower BJ notches were way off. I figured this was wrong because if you loned up the notches you could still be 180 degrees out. how would you know which way the offset should be.

If they are not lined up correctly they will bind. Press them out and realign.

I thought i read some ball joints have the notches in teh wrong spot. sould the notches be perfectly centered with the ball joint slot.
