Thanx to the classified section and frikendelicious from the Netherlands I was able to purchase an original pedal cover for my 54 panel. Although somewhat butchered ( bloody steering box rises... ), it came out really nice with some TLC. While I was at it I fabricated the column cover from scratch.
As he mentioned it is from a 52 bus, is there any difference up through the years? Also I would like to know about the correct bends in the brake access hole tabs like in the last picture . a or b style? or even angled ? I don't have the hole cover yet, but would like to finish the pedal floor.

Tonny, thanx for the info. I check your page frequently, but somehow missed that info. Anyways, it's the right panel for my bus. Also the obviously grey NOS panel in the pic shows the tabs of the brakefluid access hole quite well !

J. , glad you like it. It took me nearly 7 hrs to repair, but now it probably is the best condition original part on my whole bus
Greets from Austria !
