Hey im a fixing up my 70 standard and i want to put all new fuel lines in it. i want to make sure they are the right size from stock. Im sure somebody else has done this. So if some one could give me a shopping list for all new fuel line that would be better than me guessing. Oh and by the way im putting the fuel filter under the tank. |

Most vendors sell OE German 5.5mm fuel hose, but the closest in inches I guess would be 7/32" (slightly larger than 5.5mm).
7/32" = 0.21875 inches
5.5mm = 0.216535433 inches |

Stick with the 5.5mm. SAE is for American cars. |

Does any of the hose have to be the high-pressure FI hose? |

yeah good luck trying to find 7/32 fuel line at a part store anyways. the only 7/32 line at all of the 5 part stores i was at yesterday was for windshield wiper fluid. one of the guys at the shop said that would probably be alright. needless to say thats why he works at a part store not at a garage. |

I was just curious about the mm to inches , I'm thinking 5 feet would ne more than enough? To do all the hose routing from tank to hard lines and such |
