| Unorthodox but never hurts to try. Briefly, kids (adult kids lol) wanted to go to the beach and to shop. So not my cup of tea. I seem to think there are bus folks here? Perhaps some of the well known shops and artists here? I’m looking to spend a little Time socializing with my bus/ac ilk. As much as checking out locals cool buses. Any offers to entertain me or point me in the right direction to find shop/points of interest/folks with unlisted hordes of hard to find parts? Appreciated! |

There is a cool shop to visit.
Rare and Unique Restoration,
2311 Whitfield Industrial Way Sarasota, FL 34243
My dad lives in Bradenton, FL and last year I stopped by this shop and check it out and the owners were nice and showed me around. The owner Kip has a early 1950 or so 4 door police beetle. I think it was a coach built papler example. There were also a few buses there getting repair work and restoration work done. |
