well, I have officially given up. I have a 1982 diesel westy that has been giving me issues with the coolant system for too long now. My overflow tank has now been replace with an aftermarket one, and now I am trying to find another option for the pressure tank. I have 2 of them, both have a crack. No place will weld them, and I do not think JB WELD or something of that nature will work because of pressure and heat changes, expanding and contracting the crack. Just wondering if anyone has thrown in a later tank and built a mount, or what any other options are. Thanks. |

Yup. Get the 1.9 WBX tank. Just fab up a mount and you're good to go. |
