Thanks Ant! How are things with your new ride?

We just shipped Mike from AZ his BAD Series Brake kit for his early t-2 in 5x205mm bolt pattern. He got the solo bleeders, brake lines and we upgraded his master to a German unit for free because we were out of stock of the Varga unit.

Here is a beam I had to fix for a local guy who bought it...
First I had to get another set of torsion springs because the ones that were in it were long on 1 side and short on the other. So the trailing arms on 1 side fit but stuck out 2" from the beam end, the other side didn't grab the grub screw dimple..
Second I cut the lower part of the shock tower so you can actually get to the trailing arm grub screw. Other wise that huge ass shock tower is in the way and you can't put the trailing arm on and tighten it.

Viva La Stars!

What kind of bushings are those, delrin?

Thanks for posting Viva little buggie! If anyone ever has a problem with anything, they should contact me and I will make it right. Did he purchase springs from me?

There is a trick to get the bolt in, remove the center grub screw and rotate the assemble down to install them. Then when tight, rotate it and install the grub screw back. A phone call, email or chat could of eliminated the extra work. I am glad you got it though. If you have any questions, hit me up. I am here to help!

Bert Sumner after messing with aircooleds in the mid 80s and again most recently, i have always thought that the quality of parts was the single most frustrating aspect of being an enthusiast--especially when trying to build up a really nice car...i bought the bad series rotors a couple of months ago...unbelievable...the fit and finish were A+...thanks pete for taking it to the next level...

you don't have 2276(2275 to some), which is likely the most popular vw stroker engine?
