Good communication and quick shippment. The doghouse thermostat flaps, with thermostat arrived in good condition, with all parts, just as pictured.

Jeff really came through for me as well.

I bought some valve covers from Jeff and not only were they well packaged but he communicated really well, they were timely, and were better than expected.
