It doesn't look to me like there's the necessary amount of extra material to roll a lip around the lining that goes around the flange of the housing. I've handled dozens of original bezels doing rebuilds of gauges with broken needles or rusted movements. Might just be the picture.
JB weld it maybe? How much did it cost?

I got the bezel from North Hollywood Speedometer in CA.

I'm glad to say that it all went well, and the bezel is now fitted :D

That bezel looks great - what did you use for the spacer that forms the curve? Did you have a good used one, or did No. Hollywood sell you one?

I talked to them about buying a bezel, but they didn't seem interested in selling one. You don't have any extras, do you?

I asked Ricardo at Split Parts Unlimited if he could make repro bezels. He can, but I need to order at least 20 bezels to get a decent price on them, if it's any less than 20 bezels they'll be $50.00 apiece. I would need 6-12 of the bezels for my 12 Volt gauges, and based on the total he quoted me for 20 bezels, which was a lot, I would have to sell off the rest of the bezels for at least $30.00 apiece in order to make it worth my while to order that many. Does that sound like a good price and is anyone interested? If anyone else needs several bezels (at least 6), we can divide the order between us and it would be less than $30.00 per bezel for you. The bezels would have four fold-down tabs instead of the lip going all the way around, so they would be a piece of cake to install.
