If you place a 56 body on a 70 pan what would you register your car as in California. Thanks for your replies.

Sorry for the bad grammar. Would you register it as a 56 or a 70 in California?

| You would probably have to register the car to the VIN number on the pan. In this case a '70. |

| Call the department of liscensing. I would register it as a 56 personally but have both titles in case you want to resell or have to take it through inspections. |
