I want to know how to put the nose emblem, using all 4 pins, I have to be sure to put it right, I can´t see how.

assuming its a bay window bus witht the 3 clips, push the clips into the holes and push the emblem onto them, or just use some 3 inch drywall screws that'll do it too

Depends on the year of your bus and if the emblem is correct for that year range. If it is you can usually spot the lower holes (or the bondo worm that's filling them) from behind, once you have the bottom ones the emblem will show you where the tops are hiding.
