anyone know a distributor of metal and not fiberglass w decklids for an oval window? ive found a fiberglass one, but gotta love the metal. if not, i guess ill have tor esort to the fiberglass decklid, its lighter, costs $195 plus shipping, and has the hinges like laminated into the decklid.
anyone got some suggestions?

| I've only seen fiberglass replicas, but instead of paying $195 for a fiberglass one, keep your eyes open in the classifieds on this web site sooner or later you're bound to find an affordable decent original> Good Luck! |

| Try contacting shops like BFY, Wolfsburg West & Kochs. They have W decklids in their inventory some times. Or try scrounging thru the local VW show & swaps. |
