Can anyone help with removing the axles from a split case trans? The trans is sitting on the ground and I would like to get some advice before I start tearing it apart. Also...I need to replace the clutch arm which means I have to split the case. Should I try this or is it better to leave it to a pro.

| You have to split the case to get the diff and axles out of the trans. Then you have to split the diff case to get the axles out. |
