Hi there,
I just bought an original war/pre-war picture from a collector of what he told me was possible a KDF.
Can you tell if this is a KDF or something else:
Thanks, Al. |

That's a Moris Minnor convertible.
Build from 1948 till 1971 so it's not a (pre-) wartime picture nor a vw.

IMO Is not the same car!
The door, the rear end, the door lock position, the wheels, the rear window...
are not the same. |

It is something else... a wartime Opel Kadett.

There is no indication in that picture that the wheel being worked on is from the car in the picture.
So it may be a VW or even a KDF wheel that is from a car not in the photo. |

The way the guy on the left is looking at him, I'd say its a first date. |

The pic was offered at german ebay for a while. The description said "KdF car" but while it wasn´t one, I did not bid. |

Nah, that was the British, the French and the Russians. Once we got in there, we took care of it. ;)
btw - my comment was in no way intended to be against gay people. Just thought maybe they were busy doing other stuff behind the lines. |

That is very strange. Isn't it usually the other way around? |
