Well was nothing really wrong with the Baja Just wanted to change things up some, Ok Alot.
When I Bought the baja she had sat for a while. Fuel system was full of trash and she didn't run so well. After cleaning the tank out and cleaning the Carb and rebuilding the carb a couple times I got her up and going. Motor made good power.The tires were pretty dry rotted and just to small for what I wanted. Motor was advertised as a 2180cc, Close Ratio 3 rib trans.
When I first brought her home

After some TLC and changing things up. New Yokahama Y742's on the front and 33X10.5's on the Rear


How she sits now. Cut the front end off and ordered a 1pc Carbon Fiber front end

Pulled the motor and sold it to find out it was only a 1968cc motor. Ouch!!! Sold all the Fiber Glass and rear Cage also

Cut the hole to make room for the front of the Ecotec Head and EGR setup

Some of the parts I have got some far
Optima and Descent Battery Box

Kennedy stage 1 Pressure Plate and Daiken Clutch disk

Summit Radiator and fan setup

CBM Adapter(Thanks Bruce)on along with Flywheel and Clutch setup

My Trans is setting in on a Angle. My shifter is ran on top of the tunnel already. Trying to decide if I need to raise the front some though? I could raise it another 1" or so. It would be be a crazy amount of work though. What do you guys think?

Is that a 10 degree trans mount you got in there? If it is I thought they go inside the tunnel. I like the build. And what size arms are you running in the rear?

If you look you can see they opend the hole up and pushed it in some under the shift rod. The mount was in the car. I'm thinking 5* or so to be honest. Gonna put the tires on and see how the motor sits. Might have to cut the front mount off and redo it. Arms are either 2X3 or 3x3, they were in the car when I got it. I just ordered 3X3's for my sons Rail and will compare them when I get them here to mine

Gonna use the stock wiring harness trimmed back and HP Tuners Software in The stock computer.

Nice, what did you pay for the Ecotech? What's the specs on the engine?

Those look like Dan B arms on there.

$300 for the Ecotec, $75 for the Wire Harness and Computer, $300 to redo the harness and Flash the computer and install HP Tuners software.
Dan Built the whole car bumper to bumper originally. Was a Turnkey package he did for a customer.

Not for a long time. If I get another ride it will be a manx style buggy with full four seats and minimum 250HP water cooled Ecotech or Subaru with turbo and all mid travel suspension.

No Paint here, this is the real deal.

Hi Mount rears that came with the car

Motor bolted in the car and ready tp roll. Motor is setting @ 4.5*. Not sure if I like it or not. What do you guys think? Alot of work to change it.
