Put into traffic on January 1954 by Firebrigade (Berufsfeuerwehr) in Essen/Germany, colour maron, upholstery light brown.
Period photo from 1954 or latest 1955.
Was the car of the chief of Essen fire dept. which he used officially and privately. Therefore no crests on the doors.
Has two HELLA foglights on HELLA accessory guards plus one accessory blue emergency light and two horizontally installed peanut position(?)/emergency(?) signals on front bumper, fanfare horns underneath in front area and a HELPHOS suction light inside windscreen.

In fact this nice photo documented a slight accident that injured the driver´s door, running board and left front fender.
