Instructions:
1. Make sure you are in the Forums section of the site.
- 1a. Click Forums at the top if you are not in the Forums
2. Go into the section you want to post in - Bug/Bus/etc.
3. Look at the top left near the menu bar.
There will be a New Topic button there.
Press that button and fill out the form that appears.

Did you go into the specific section first?
I see you started a thread in 2020 so you did it in the past:

If you can, email me a screen capture of what you see (or post it here) and I can tell you what is wrong. |

I’m not sure how I did it in the past,
I clicked on forums, search, I typed in vanagon and still didn’t see the button BUT I went into my previous threads I started and found the button there and was able to post a thread. |

Don't go into the Search screen, that would bring up all the threads with "Vanagon" in the title if you search there on Vanagon
Go into the Vanagon section:

The New Topic button is at the top of each section

Ohhhh okay I got it! I click search, then “RSS” (not sure what that is) and then Vanagon and then boom! There’s the long sought after button!

For the future, these steps from the first post in this thread are easier:
