inspector kräk and comander clean, came by to check the stuff also

so, i found out that it has two lives as a logo bus, something like "holert reifen spezialist" wich must be newer

and another, older one, i can´t read..

arent the body #s usually different than chassis #s? great score,i hope you get it back together.........the tank in the pic is a 53-55 tank,the rotten one likely had a 52 tank filler neck.......best of luck on this one

as far as i know they never match,ive never had a bus match and ive had alot of them

HUGE coconuts man! Funny thing is we have seen what you guys do and have no doubt that this will come together. You guys are the poster children for building sh!t. The words too far gone is not in your dictionary. I love these threads! Thanks for posting this stuff and completing what others wouldn't even consider a parts bus. People over here scrap and cut up buses/bugs that shouldn't be. You guys are the $H!t.

The body #s do not match.
The earlier you go, the closer they are to the real VIN #.

Its the rusty scraps of a 52 panel, The only way it is worth doing is if you can sweet talk Gerson in to making you a complete bd panel at a bargain price and why would you/he do that? 52 panels are not too hard to find. This is a joke and I am surprised how gullible some folks are :?

I'd get a complete BD from Gerson and section the #'s in... that's what you'll end up doing anyway!
