X2 Everett.......LOCK DOWN SECTOR 7

I hate it when I ask people what they want for something and they say, "well, on the Samba it sells for..."

whatever I guess. He got what he thought was fair in the end, and I'm broke temporarily, so it's all good. :)

Or worse, it sits there 20 or 30 years, then when someone expresses interest, "well, on Ebay they go for..."

Just another old foursquare farm house on the plains of MN. About every third one looks just like that.

Even if they did, you may seriously reconsider that commitment.

hey now....it's not all that bad up here!! We're in the middle of all the action! West coast stuff to our right and East Coast stuff to our Left! well...that's considering that you're facing south....:)

Good point! And you get plenty of sun if you're facing South, too. It was a great place to be a kid. I just figured it would be a bit of a culture shock if you came from a densely populated area.

JoelH Fri Jun 17, 2011 10:00 am

well to sum it up......just last week it started feelin' pretty good outside. Up until then, 40's-50's. But we're tough :)
