I have one crack in the dashboard of my '74 SB vert. Does anyone have any clever ideas on how to patch this up somehow?

| Wish I could answer your question directly but I am unsure. When I bought my car it had a carper-like cover on it. Looks great. I bet actually repairing or replacing the dash is quite a chore though. |

This thread is a good one if you want to replace your dash. Most of the time people repair cracks in the dash, it does not last that long.
For the work involved repairing the crack the correct way you could have a Dash Overlay fitted and done. |

Geez, I wish that was the worst of my dashes.
You should see what 37 years of Australian summers does to them :roll:
And this wasnt even a real bad one
I've got a carpet on mine
Really cuts down the glare driving into sun too and can hide a multitude of sins.

| git A yard of vinyl, a can of spray adhesive, and A heat gun,, and have fun :D thats just one way to do it |
