Dubs on the Boards show schedule and time-line.
This schedule is subject to change

7:30 am - 9:30am - At this time there will not be Day of Registration

8am - 9:30am staging of vehicles at E 5th Ave. for entry onto boardwalk

10:00am- Roll on to boardwalk at E 16th ave.

10:30am - Voting opens – 22nd St. Pier

2:30pm - Voting closed

3:00pm - Awards ceremony begins – 22nd St. Pier

4pm - Roll off of boardwalk

What do I do if I pre-registered?
Everything will be at the registration tent for you to pick up the day of the show.
We decided to do this to avoid any issues with lost or missing registrations.

Just report to the tent with ID and we will direct you from there.

How does voting work?

Voting - Participants and spectators will be voting.

You may vote for one (1) vehicle, in each class only.
Everyone will receive a ballot with the classes listed.
You will only receive one (1) ballot.

You may vote for one vehicle in one class, or you may vote for one (1)vehicle in each class its up to you!

Each vehicle will have a placard with a number assigned to it.
You will simply write the number of the vehicle in each class you are voting for.
Then bring it to the voting table.

The vehicles with the top 3 number of votes in each class will receive awards.

Who decides the best of winners?
Best of Classes will be judged by designated staff members.

8) bump! 8) C'mon and signup ur early bus, singlecab, dbl cab or any aircooleds that u drive/show... from streetcars to all-out show cars welcomed.. chit even racecars was there before!

Anyone from philly going down to wildwood. I am taking my Thing but not entering show. For me the fee of 35.00 is too high right now. Is anyone having a get together off the boards on the street or in a lot, or want to start one? I really don't care about awards.

We understand it seems a bit steep for some. But you can get a $5 discount if you use the code "eurotuner" when signing up.
OR
You can contact SJVWC they have a group registration going and are looking for a few more cars. ( its a larger discount for groups)

Can't wait to see the bus!! looks like we are really seeing some air cooled this year!!

Haha, here's a sneak peak from her first journey (NYC Traffic Jam) since revival. The to-do list never seems to end, but I figured I had to start rolling her as soon as I could. I wish I didn't have Bike Philly the following day or I'd stay overnight after the event.

I appreciate the compliment...and all the positive remarks and advice from others at the last couple events. It was nice to finally take a break from repairs and get her out on the road at the end of the summer. Now that I'm rolling her I can't believe I didn't pickup a Bus about 3 Beetles ago. Either way, I'm trying to lay-off a bit and accumulate supplies for a while before I jump into the next round of work (front seats, dual battery setup). This is proving to be a difficult task as I'm taunted by other Buses.

I can't wait to hit the Boardwalk, although we might be swinging hammers to repair it after the upcoming forecast :shock:

The entry fee gets you entry onto the boardwalk, a free show t-shirt, entry for prizes and giveaways exclusive to participants and a wristband for discounted drinks and food specials at the after show party.
