First off...We left our camera behind at a wedding sometime back(in the mail) or I would post a picture to make this easy....
I'm doing some front end work on my 87 syncro. I always take pictures because I forget, this time I couldn't
The upper control arms being typical....should the writing be facing up on the passenger side and down on the drivers side? :oops: That would seem correct to me. Before I get carried away snugging everything, I figured someone here might understand what I'm asking.

Correct. Upper ball joints forward of the insecting (imaginary) line between the upper shock bolts.
