My front headlights intermittently turn off, going to high beam and back restores operation. Doesn't seem like a loose connection as it does it while stationary as well. What might be the culprit?
Also, my hazards do not blink. The signals blink individually, but not together.

2 Hazard switch. |

| Check ground connections at all light assemblies. |
