So here it is, I have a 1965 Ghia and the front turn signals both blink when left or right is activated, the rear will blink only the side that is on. Now here is the weird part, if i turn on the parking lights they work correctly but if the headlights are on they go back to both blinking. I've chased every wire and they are all plugged into the right spots and all fuses are good. Any ideas samba world?

You checked the wires, but did you verify the front bulbholders both have good grounds to the bulbs? Weird electrical occurances are often as a result of bad grounds.
