I have a VERY comprehensive camping list some friends of ours made in Excel. It has things for kids, meds, cooking stuff, but no mechanical things- they car camp.

It is complete with check boxxes.

Thanks, but I can't take the credit for it. Some friends of ours made it up. They do a lot of tent camping out of their car- (Ford minivan).
It has lots of kid's stuff, and is based on comfort. Since it's in Excel, it will be easy to add your own stuff to the list.
