Had to use a GL1100 goldwing intake manifold altered a bit and works great. Just in the test phase for now but works great. Awesome responce while revving it manualy. Clears the dist. wires but barely. excited to put an a/c on and see how she does.

So hows this carb working out? I want to do the same thing on my super beetle . I want to its the vintage speed a/c brackets & u have to move the carb over so that's what carb I want to use to make it work since I know how good it works already from my SUZUKI .

Sorry i mean Air Cleaner (A/C) not Air conditioner. but the setup works decient. i havent got to drill and tap for the correct vac signal but it is advanced all the time with the manifold vac. The combo of this carb and the Compu-Tronix ignition kit.
