| I knew that my BD had been owned by a candy manufacturer named "Larsolles Konfektyrer" in Rattvik. A friend, Stefan Kuus, who lives in Rattvik, did some investigations and ended up with those pictures. He got them from the little girl in one of the pictures. She is not so young anymore. The pictures are from her family's holiday trip in the bus in the early 50's. :-) |

I do not think so. Interesting to see that it was still in the grey primer as it was delivered.
What i do know is that a Mr Walter Aberg in Bollnas bought it new in the beginning of 1951 but did sell it before the end of 1951. This is when the candy manufacturer "Larsolles Konfektyrer" in Rattvik bought it and drove it until they sold it in 1958 and it went back to Bollnas and to a company that sold flowers and garden stuff, called "Edstuga Handelstradgard" they drove it until 1963 when they dumped it at a local garbage place and reported it as scrapped. There it sat until a vw-moran found it and took it home to put it back where it belongs, in the street.
To be continued... |

The photographs you see are all taken with a cell phone from pretty bad photostatic copys on a single paper sheet. I would too like to have some better pictures maybe scanned from the originals.
If i do i will change the pictures. :) |

I've had some problem with no gap between the loading doors.
With a pre built frame i could see that i had almost 20 mm difference between at the top of the left and right side of the loading doors opening.
After adjusting i now have a nice gap between the loading doors.
A big thank's goes to Demian who lent me his fantastic loading door frame.

After testing with dropped spindles i can see that i have to narrow the front beam and tub the wheel houses to get the stance i want. :)
