I am 100% on board with a boycott.
The return shipping fee on crap parts is horrible.
I understand if I ordered incorrectly or no longer needed the item.
But when they ship a sub-par or as they call them "premium quality" products, items that do not fit because of poor manufacturing, or items that have clear blemishes and defects.
And then pass the return shipping on to us, it is garbage.
It sucks we are limited on sources for items. But it is not any better when this source constantly screws us. 33 pages of negative feedback is wild. |

I ordered some parts from CIP1 a while back and most where junk. I called them and they asked to see pictures and said they would replace them then them. Then they gave me the runaround and said they would ship the replacement parts when I ordered more parts and I said I don't need more parts. After a lot of runarounds they shipped me junk again so I contacted them and they gave me the runaround again and would not call me back until I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and when my credit card company took the money back from their account now they were calling me back.
So my experience with them was bad. The parts you get are not the quality they described online.

Is business so good at CIP1 that they can just $hit on customers? If CIP1 treated their customers as his way in the very beginning would they be in business today? |
