View original topic: Torque for camber adjustment bolt?

Search and a quick look in the Bentley didn't turn up the torque number for tightening the camber adjusment on the upper control arms on my syncro.

I'd thought I'd read somewhere it was about 65 foot pounds but that seems low and now of course I can't find it.

cheers

Jay

54 ft lb

It's only a 12x1.5 thread, so while the bolt itself is fairly large, the threaded portion is somewhat small.

Thanks T3!

A bit of a coincidence that you responded. I was just thinking to myself that this will be the very last of the old style junk bushings I ever use.

I could almost hear them squeaking as I opened the package up

cheers

J
