this is the bottom pulley I have in my 1600 sp 'B' series engine in my Jan 69 bus.it is169mm diameter.
I've been told that I could ave the wrong pulley,that 1600 engine bottom pulleys are 178mm dia.
I personally think it is correct for this engine as
a)I bought the bus from its original owner & know its history.
b)it has only covered 89k on kg engine,carb,dissy etc.
c)the original surrounding tinware is a perfect fit,I don't think a 178mm pulley would fit the tin.
d)never had any overheating issues
I have tried a search to no avail so just wondered if I was right.

cheers bd! managed to get a better picture today.maybe its a 'year' thing with later 1600's having a bigger pulley? I'm happy to replace it with aother 169mm one.
