			| Is the Prodex insulation still the best choice? I see they have a doube thickness r-22 version available. Anybody using that version? Also reading thru the thread, it looks like the wood for the inner panels, was glued to the insulation. Is that the typical install? with no problems?

			| prodex is great for radiant reflection the prodex itself is probably around r0.5.  ...glued direct to the top and installing panels like I do provideo an airspace (1/2) so this helps increase r value. 
 the claims these guys have on R value is total bull, the r13 they claim is with a 1.5 inch air gap on either side.
 
 better than nothing, great for keeping heat out and bouncing back some heat frim internal source.
