I need to replace the Leak Detection Pump in my 1999 Jetta. Can anyone tell me if a pump from a 1993-1998 model Jetta would work as well as a '99? I seem to be only able to find pre-1999 jettas at the local u-pull yards. :-(

1999 was a split year
MK3 did not have a leak detection pump
1999.5 and up till 2006 MK4 had a pump
local pick & pull mostly have MK3
