IIRC they be 10x1.0@ 30mm long ...but I could be wrong
best thing is to take one with you ...its in the metric isle and get a grade 5 or better

Note Grade 5 or 8 apply only to inch size bolts. Property class (PC) 8.8, 9.8, 10.9 apply to commonly used metric bolts (Europe and US - not Japanese).
FWIW, PC 10.9 (1040 MPa) and Grade 8 have the same ultimate tensile stress level at 150,000 psi.

Back to your regular scheduled programming.

All very true...but living this past 15yrs in a small hick town in the Sierras..I've learned to dilute my metric to a more palatable for of local "pidgeon" if thar's one familiar term in there it cuts down on the blank stares
Sorry...a little local speak bled thru

If the original poster is asking about the bracket bolts the attach the bumper brackets to the frame rails they are M12 x 1 pitch. From ETKA, part number is N 010 120 3. I ran into this with my custom hitch I fabricated. I had to get longer bolts from the local bolt house. I added a bumper bracket extension an added a 3rd side bolt. Hope that helps

It has been brought to my attention I mistyped the thread pitch. I recall using VW scirocco lug bolts for mock up. I believe they are 1.5 pitch.

After spendind half our at Lowes, the proper threads are metric 8x1.25

Be very wary of Big Box Store hardware for anything that requires a quality fastener!

A lot of junk is found on those shelves, stuff that will snap, strip and fail you.

Quality hardware has a paper trail of certification........ Big Box Stores and Per Pound places do not.

I just bought an M12 x 1.5 x 30mm hex end cap bolt at AutoZone for $2. Went all the way in, works fine.
